XXI Discussions in Structural Molecular Biology and 8th User Meeting of CIISB (Czech Infrastructure for Integrative Structural Biology)

The XXI Discussions in Structural Molecular Biology and the 8th User Meeting of CIISB will be held in Nové Hrady, South Bohemia, on 20-22 March 2025. The whole program takes place at Nový Zámek.

Contributions in the form of a talk (20 min including discussion) or a poster are welcome. It is possible to introduce your poster in a flash talk (2 min, 2-3 slides).

Conference fees

Student 4400 CZK (3500 CZK without accommodation)
Non-student 6700 CZK (5800 CZK without accommodation)
Single occupancy accommodation – add 1100 CZK
Members of CSSB will have the personal fee (300 CZK) subtracted from the paid amount.

The conference fee covers participation in the whole program, the printed book of abstracts for each participant, accommodation for two nights and full board (including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and coffee breaks).
The first meal is dinner on Thursday and the last meal is lunch on Saturday.

Student competition

The Czech Society for Structural Biology invites all student presentations at the XXI Discussions in Structural Molecular Biology and the 8th User Meeting of CIISB to compete in two categories:– Prize of the Czech Society for Structural Biology for an outstanding student poster– Prize of the Czech Society for Structural Biology for an outstanding student presentation. The competing author must be a student (undergraduate or post-graduate studies) or a fresh PhD (less than one year from the defense of PhD thesis) at the time of the Discussions. A maximum of three prizes will be awarded in each category at the end of the Conference. Each prize includes one book related to structural biology or molecular biology selected by the winner.
