XX Discussions in Structural Molecular Biology and 7th User Meeting of CIISB (Czech Infrastructure for Integrative Structural Biology)

The annual XX Discussions in Structural Molecular Biology and the 7th User Meeting of CIISB will be held in Nove Hrady, South Bohemia, on 21-23 March 2024. The whole program takes place at Nový Zámek.

Registration deadline: 19 February 2024
Abstract submission deadline:

Student competition

The Czech Society for Structural Biology invites all student presentations at the XX Discussions in Structural Molecular Biology and the 7th User Meeting of CIISB to compete in two categories:– Prize of the Czech Society for Structural Biology for an outstanding student poster– Prize of the Czech Society for Structural Biology for an outstanding student presentation. The competing author must be a student (undergraduate or post-graduate studies) or a fresh PhD (less than one year from the defense of PhD thesis) at the time of the Discussions. A maximum of three prizes will be awarded in each category at the end of the Conference. Each prize includes one book related to structural biology or molecular biology selected by the winner.

The event is organized by the Czech Society for Structural Biology, the Czech Infrastructure for Integrative Structural Biology, and the Institute of Biotechnology of the Czech Academy of Sciences.

We thank our sponsors for making this event possible.

Arrival Instructions

Make sure you arrive with sufficient time left before the start of the program, as some of you have accommodation in a certain distance from the Conference venue.

For the main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) we must split into two groups. Your name tag will have a mark (a sticker or similar) which means that you dine downstairs in the restaurant of the Castle. No sticker – you dine on the main floor.
